Senses Office is an office for a tourism company but It is not a particular office concept, indeed, being a working space and an accommodation as a combination. The site locates in a density small alley of Ho Chi Minh city where house by house and rarely getting sunlight from the side faces, so as the puzzles we put as the primaries are to maximize the faces to the natural light as much as possible and detaching traffic lines between office function and accommodation unit. Moreover, one of factors that improving the speciality of Senses Office is the construction technique itself : Assembled Wooden House from New House Solution.

DESIGN SOLUTION

Senses Office is a model of Assembled Wooden House that is one of the products of New House Solution.

Overally, there are three parts of this structure:
Sandwich Structure
Replacing traditional concrete structures for floors and walls based on frame structures by a method of combining load-bearing layers, structures, and alternating creating high-bearing wall slabs have been applied for a long time in structural design—modern structure.

Cell Finishing System
The New house system radically develops the traditional finishes that are bonded to the structural layer through clips and modular eras of independent panels weighing less than 10kg/cell allowing for precise finishes such as cutting and changing.
Easy replacement in case of damage and renewal. The new house’s cell system is almost applicable to all comprehensive finishes such as: wood stone, metal, some brick systems, glass of all kinds. There are even green roofs and green walls.
Allows finishing on any surface by subdividing surfaces from simple single-span systems to more complex paramatric systems.

Multiple-Layer Structure
The creativity of the new house is the creation of all layers: structure – structure – waterproofing – finishing into many different layers that work independently or in combination to allow easy replacement and easy installation. order and up to 100% factory pre-made with stable quality and control.
